Dean has been fortunate to work with some great teams as General Manager of several restaurant operations and has a 15 year track record of turning mediocre or failing restaurants into growing, profitable operations. He has also worked over 20 years in various accounting positions with nine years’ experience each in the newspaper and wholesale food industries.
Dean holds a B.S. in Business Administration degree with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Columbia College. He grew up in Yakima Washington and currently lives with his wife in San Marcos, Texas.
